Side tournaments, or tournament-within-a-tournament involving money greater than $1 should not be held during this tournament.
  6. For regular tournaments the total weight per boat will determine YOUTH DIVISION winners for regular, open, and fun tournaments. However, any youths fishing with a member who qualifies for the Championship Invitational Tournament (CIT), will be allowed to accompany that member in the CIT, at the discretion of the qualifying member.
